The Journey
There are seasons when you can feel that something is changing before you have the words for it.
Maybe you are at a crossroads. Maybe you are questioning the life you have built, entering a new chapter, or realizing that you have spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you have not had much space to ask what you want.
Maybe nothing is wrong. You can love your life and still want something different. You can be grateful and still feel called toward something new.
For Latina women, these questions can carry a lot. We grow up learning to work hard, take care of our people, make our families proud, and be strong. Those things can be beautiful. But sometimes it becomes difficult to know where everyone else's expectations end and our own desires begin.
Camino was created for that space.
It is a six-month journey to slow down, look honestly at the life you have built, understand what has shaped you, and become more intentional about what comes next.
I created Camino because I know what it feels like to keep moving forward without always stopping to ask whether you are moving toward something you actually want.
I spent twelve years in the music industry, including time at SoundCloud and Amazon Music, and built a career I was proud of. But my life was never just my career. I was also a daughter, a Latina, a person of faith, a partner, a friend, and a woman trying to understand what I wanted my life to actually feel like.
There have been moments when I had to ask harder questions. What do I actually want? What am I carrying because I chose it, and what am I carrying because I learned that I should? Those questions get complicated when love, family, culture, responsibility, and identity are all tangled together.
Sometimes the people who taught us how to be strong are the same people whose expectations we have to learn how to separate from our own and sometimes we feel guilty for wanting something that has nothing to do with what anyone else needs from us.
I created Cueva because I wanted a place where women could talk about these things without having to simplify them.
Camino is my way of opening that door.
The Experience
There is no formula for what your life should look like. The work is about understanding your own story well enough to make choices that feel honest and intentional.

Camino is a private six-month journey with me. We meet every other week for twelve conversations, usually 60 to 75 minutes.
Between conversations, there is space to reflect on what came up and continue sitting with the questions we are exploring.
I am not here to tell you what your life should look like. I am here to listen closely, ask better questions, reflect what I am hearing, and challenge you when something deserves a closer look.
There will not always be a clear answer at the end of a conversation. Sometimes understanding something is the work. Sometimes knowing what you do not want is the beginning of knowing what you do.
The work is allowed to unfold at the pace of a real life.
