Doors
Three ways inside.
Cueva opens through three doors. They are different shapes, for different moments.
The Rooms are always open.
The cohorts are the most companioned.
The 1:1 is the deepest.
What the work is for
Sometimes reaction moves first. Intention follows. And what sits between them disappears before it's seen.
This is for people who have built something real and are starting to feel the cost of what goes unexamined underneath it.
Here, things slow down so you can notice what's happening while you're inside it, not after, when the moment has already passed.
I. Rooms
A shared space of reflection for people moving through similar questions.
They are numbered, and they build.
You are welcome inside.
II. Cohorts
A small container for people who want to move through quiet questions alongside others asking the same ones.
Inside the eight weeks:
A weekly 90-minute group session.
A private practice and reflection prompt between each.
A small private channel for voice and text reflections through the run.
One private 30-minute conversation with me during the cohort.
III. Private Practice
A private 1:1. The work shapes itself around the person in front of me.
