Cueva began with a question.
What if women had a place to come not because something was wrong, but because something was changing?
For years, I watched extraordinary women move through seasons of ambition, success, grief, motherhood, reinvention, and burnout. What they needed wasn't another strategy, they needed somewhere to slow down.
Growing up, belonging wasn't something we talked about. It was something we experienced around shared meals, family stories, music, laughter, faith, and people who made room for one another.
That's what Cueva is, not simply a business.

Why Cueva
I spent more than a decade working alongside artists, executives, and creatives in one of the fastest-moving industries in the world.
On paper, many of us were successful but behind closed doors, many of us were asking the same questions. Is this still the life I want? How do I keep showing up for everyone else without losing myself?
I realized those questions weren't unique to the music industry, they were deeply human.
Especially for Latina women who have spent their lives caring for others, carrying expectations, and believing they always needed to have it together.
Cueva was born from that realization.
